We are amongst the most experienced Morrisby users in the country having been trained 18 years ago and undertaking around 1000 tests a year
We run a very thorough feedback interview to which we always ask the school to invite the parents.
We are flexible in the way we work to enable maximum parental take up. Thus our usual method is to start at 8.30am and have 1 hour slots with a short break for lunch and run until 17.00. This means that we normally see 8 people each day. It also makes it easier for parents to attend.
After every interview in addition to the Morrisby report and scores we produce a 4-5 page interview summary explaining the profile and summing up the discussion
We also analyse the scores for the school and produce a spreadsheet of the first 4 scores (most allied to academic success). The schools find this very useful as it gives them further information on which students are under (or over) performing.
We are cheaper than most other agencies because we have minimal overheads and do not believe in overcharging and having ridiculous mark up levels.
Every parent/student is given our business email to enable them to ask any future careers questions and there is no time limit to this service.
